We would like to sincerely thank all our retail partners and their customers for your supportthis year. We have all had an incredibly challenging year that continues to offer us issues and problems to overcome.

 

Due to some unprecendented global and national freighting issues we continue to face delays and extreme difficulty getting delivery of our goods for onward distribution to complete orders promised pre-Christams 2020. Please rest assure that we are doing absolutely everything in our power to resolve these issues. We are working with our suppliers to try to ensure we make all our pre-Christmas commitements but unfortuatly the situation continues to change rapidly making any guarentees impossible.

 

We have informed all our retail partners of the orders that are potentially affected so please direct any queries to them in the first instance.

 

We are sorry that our orders have become so late but please be aware we are doing our best and are unable to have any effect on some situations, for example, the delays at Felixstowe Port. Thanks you for your orders and your patience.
